MEET THE DOCTORS
DR. ANTHONY HUYNH
Dr. Anthony Huynh was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He obtained his Bachelors in Medical Sciences with a Minor in Anatomy & Cell Biology at The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. At Nova Southeastern University, he completed and obtained a Doctor of Optometry and Bachelors in Vision Science. Upon graduating with his doctorate, he pursued and completed his Residency in Low Vision Rehabilitation at the University of Houston Center for Sight Enhancement and went on to become a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Huynh has licenses in Texas, Florida and British Columbia. In addition to low vision, Dr. Huynh has a keen interest in using technology to advance optometry, specialty contact lenses and vision therapy.
He is the only residency trained Low Vision Specialist in Central Florida, including Orlando, Ovideo, Winter Park and Winter Garden.
Dr. Huynh is currently working on two projects. First, he is setting up a technology training and evaluation room for low vision patients. Second, he is working on becoming a Diplomat, which is the highest distinction a doctor can receive in the field of optometry.
In his free time, Dr. Huynh likes to stay in shape, watch movies (especially Marvel superheroes), and come up with wacky smoothie recipes, which he enjoys with his two kids.
DR. ANH DO
Born in Omaha, Nebraska, Dr. Anh Do relocated to Orlando, Florida when she wassix years of age. She attended the University of Central Florida where sheobtained her Bachelors of Science in Molecular Biology and Microbiology, as wellas a Minor in Sociology.
At Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Do took part of a medical mission trip toEcuador, helping to provide primary vision care to hundreds of children andadults. In 2012, she completed and obtained her Doctorate of Optometry. Upongraduating, Dr. Do moved to Houston, Texas for one year where she worked atdifferent private practices and provided eye care as part of the See to Succeedprogram organized by the City of Houston and the University of Houston. She iscurrently working at her private practice Invision Eye Care in Orlando, FL, whereshe is owner and co-founder.
Dr. Do is a board certified optometrist in the state of Florida and maintains activememberships in the American Optometric Association, Florida OptometricAssociation and the Central Florida Optometric Physician Society.
Her special interests include corneal and contact lenses, and ocular and systemicdisease.
Dr. is currently working on her Fellowship for the American Academy ofOptometry as well as the Scleral Lens Society.
Dr. Do currently resides in Orlando with her husband, Dr. Anthony Huynh and twochildren. In her spare time, Dr. Do enjoys reading historical and science fictionnovels, cooking and traveling.
